How we handle support conversations

CodePulse is built for people who want a fast dark-mode environment to test HTML, CSS, and JavaScript without friction. Contact exists so that relationship stays two-way. When you report a bug, include the browser name, a short description of what you expected, and what happened instead. If the issue involves layout, mention whether you were on desktop, tablet, or mobile preset. Screenshots help, but please avoid pasting private keys or personal data from your experiments into the ticket.

Feature ideas are welcome when they protect the product’s focus. Suggestions that keep the playground lightweight—better keyboard shortcuts, clearer empty states, improved contrast, or smarter defaults—are especially useful. Requests that would turn CodePulse into a full cloud IDE may be declined so the tool remains quick to load and simple to understand. If you are evaluating the site for advertising networks, note that we already provide navigation, original page content, privacy and terms documents, and a contact path—common expectations for a trustworthy publisher site. Replace placeholder ad slots with your own ad code only after your domain, HTTPS certificate, and policy pages are live.

We aim to respond to clear messages as soon as practical. Response times vary with volume. For urgent security concerns, put “Security” in the subject line and describe the issue without publishing exploit details publicly. Thank you for helping make CodePulse clearer, faster, and more welcoming for the next learner who opens the live tester and ships a small idea with confidence.
